InvoiceBase is invoicing software for self-employed people and small businesses. You enter what you did and what it cost, and it produces a professional A4 PDF invoice you can download and send. It is deliberately not accounting software: there is no bookkeeping, no chart of accounts and no reconciliation.

No. InvoiceBase is built to work like filling in a document rather than operating accounting software. There is no accounting vocabulary in the interface — it asks what the job was, how many, and what you charged.
Yes. You can upload your logo and choose between six invoice designs — Minimal, Modern, Classic, Bold, Sidebar and Compact. All six carry your business name, address, company and tax numbers, and your payment details.
Yes, and tax is optional. You can turn tax off entirely if you are not registered, set a default rate, set a different rate per line, and rename the label to VAT, GST, Sales tax or anything else. Invoice-level discounts as a percentage or a fixed amount are supported too.
Yes. InvoiceBase works in a phone browser, and the invoice builder uses editable cards on small screens rather than a squeezed desktop table, so you can invoice from the van or the job.
Not currently. You download the finished PDF and send it however you already send things — email, WhatsApp, or printed. Emailing invoices directly is not part of InvoiceBase today.
